Welcome to 4Most Energy. By purchasing equipment, authorizing installation services, or booking a service call with 4Most Energy, you (“The Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1. Supply-Only Sales (No Installation) For all equipment, parts, or accessories purchased from 4Most Energy without our installation services:
Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on supply-only items.
Warranty: Any warranty claims for supply-only equipment must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s standard warranty process. 4Most Energy does not provide labor warranties for equipment we did not install.
1.2. Installed Equipment (Satisfaction Guarantee) For equipment purchased from and installed by 4Most Energy experts, we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
30-Day Exchange Privilege: If you are not satisfied with the performance of your new equipment within 30 days of installation, we will exchange the unit.
Note: Exchanges are performed at no labor cost to you. If exchanging for a higher-priced model, the Customer is responsible for the difference in equipment price.
Priority Service: We will prioritize resolving any issues with your new installation immediately.
2.1. Flat Rate Diagnostic Fee
Fee Structure: 4Most Energy charges a flat rate of $120.00 + HST for all initial service visits.
Inclusions: This fee covers the dispatch of a licensed technician to your location, the diagnostic assessment of your system, and minor repairs that can be completed immediately without requiring new parts.
Obligation: This fee is payable regardless of whether the system is fully repaired during the visit. The fee covers the professional time and expertise required to diagnose the issue.
2.2. Major Repairs If the diagnosis reveals a major issue requiring parts or extensive labor, the technician will provide a separate estimate. The Customer must approve this estimate before further work begins.
3.1. Invoicing & Due Dates
Installation: Full payment for installation services and equipment is due within one (1) business day of the installation completion.
Service Calls: Payment for service calls is due immediately upon completion of the visit.
3.2. Late Payments & Interest
Grace Period: Accounts are considered Past Due if payment is not received within three (3) business days of the invoice date.
Interest: Past Due accounts will incur an interest charge of 24% per annum (2% per month), calculated and compounded daily from the due date.
3.3. Collections & Legal Fees If an account remains unpaid, 4Most Energy reserves the right to forward the account to a third-party collection agency. The Customer agrees to pay all costs associated with the collection of the debt, including but not limited to agency fees, legal costs, and court filing fees.
4.1. Ownership Title to and ownership of all equipment, machinery, and materials installed by 4Most Energy shall remain the property of 4Most Energy until the invoice is paid in full.
4.2. Right of Removal for Non-Payment If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date:
Repossession: 4Most Energy reserves the legal right to enter the premises to disconnect and remove the equipment.
Removal Costs: The Customer will be billed for the labor costs of the original installation, the labor costs of the removal, and any depreciation in the value of the equipment.
5.1. Labor Warranty 4Most Energy provides a 1-Year Labor Warranty on all new installations performed by our technicians. We will repair any defects resulting from our workmanship at no cost to the Customer within this period.
5.2. Manufacturer Warranty Equipment materials are covered by the specific manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Lennox, Rinnai, Navien). 4Most Energy acts as a facilitator for these warranties but is not responsible for manufacturing defects once the labor warranty period has expired.
5.3. Exclusions Warranties do not cover damages caused by:
Lack of routine maintenance (e.g., dirty filters).
Power surges, floods, or Acts of God.
Tampering or modifications made by anyone other than a 4Most Energy technician.
