Midea EVOX 1.5-Ton Wall-Mounted Heat Pump System – Supplied & Professionally Installed by 4Most Energy
The Midea EVOX MO1HE-H18B-2A+ heat pump system provides efficient residential heating and cooling through an 18,000 BTU outdoor condenser paired with the MAWHE-H18B-2A wall-mounted air handler. The matched system achieves ratings of up to 19.3 SEER2, 12.1 EER2 and 10.8 HSPF2 Region IV.
The compact indoor unit is designed for wall installation where conventional attic-mounted or floor-mounted equipment may not be practical. Its Constant Airflow Technology 2.0 uses an ECM motor to maintain consistent airflow at external static pressures up to 0.8 inches water column. This helps the system adapt to variations in duct design, filter resistance and operating conditions.
Professional installation requires evaluation of the home’s heating and cooling loads, existing duct system, electrical service, equipment location and refrigerant-line routing. The outdoor condenser requires an appropriate mounting location with adequate service and airflow clearances. The indoor air handler requires properly sized supply and return duct connections, condensate drainage and electrical connections.
This system uses R454B refrigerant and incorporates an A2L refrigerant detection sensor. Installation, refrigerant handling and commissioning must be completed according to applicable manufacturer requirements and local regulations.
Equipment capacity should not be selected using floor area alone. 4Most Energy evaluates insulation, windows, building exposure, air leakage and regional design temperatures before recommending the appropriate EVOX system size.
